Dayana Rivero

Driven by a passion for the built environment, Dayana Rivero has led the development and delivery of more than two million square feet of ground-up residential, hospitality, and commercial interior projects across New York and the United Arab Emirates. She brings a disciplined yet creative approach to guiding projects from concept through completion, ensuring clarity of vision, rigorous execution, and long-term value at every stage.

Dayana is known for her ability to align stakeholders, navigate complex entitlement and design processes, and lead multidisciplinary teams toward ambitious outcomes. Her work bridges strategy, design, and execution to consistently deliver projects.

She began her career at JLL, working across both the New York and Dubai offices, where she delivered a portfolio of high-profile projects. These included the $80 million renovation of the Lotte New York Palace Hotel, a $10 million mixed-use gut renovation for Turnbull & Asser, and the planning of a $120 million renovation of Hilton New York’s 2,000-key guestroom property. In the UAE, Dayana led projects for global brands including Apple, Adidas, and HSBC. She later went on to lead the development of 111 Montgomery, a $100 million, 163-unit ground-up residential development in Brooklyn.
