Dayana Rivero

Dayana Rivero is a seasoned development professional with a passion for the built environment. She has overseen the delivery of over two million square feet of ground-up residential, hospitality, and commercial interior projects across New York and the United Arab Emirates.

Known for her disciplined yet creative approach, Dayana leads projects from concept through completion by aligning strategy, design, and execution to deliver long-term value. She excels at navigating complex entitlement and design processes and seamlessly manages multidisciplinary teams through ambitious and high-stakes developments.

Dayana began her career at JLL, working in both the New York and Dubai offices. Her portfolio includes high-profile projects such as the $80 million renovation of the Lotte New York Palace Hotel, a $10 million mixed-use gut renovation for Turnbull & Asser, and the planning of Hilton New York’s $120 million guestroom overhaul. In the UAE, she led projects for global brands including Apple, Adidas, and HSBC.

Most recently, she spearheaded the development of 111 Montgomery, a $100 million, 163-unit ground-up residential project in Brooklyn.
